Unlocks data in a large number of standard tables in the Baan IV database, which enables end users to create their own overviews and analyses.
Customer Information System
General customer data, turnover and outstanding orders, outstanding actions per customer or customer-product combinations, workflow management for monitoring the progress of actions, debts, payment behavior and terms of payment, prices and discounts, stock data of customer specific products or materials.
Management Monitors
Budget / forecast / target; total sales and profit; sales and profit portfolio; sales versus budget; sales intake; sales statistics; sold products top 5. The data can be viewed per day / week / month / quarter / year per e.g. representative, customer, country, statistical group, article group, article, sales order, and line.
Energy Monitor
Graphical view of the energy consumption of ovens and charges per time unit plus the facility to enter charges (oven use) and charge times.
Procurement Monitor
Performance monitoring of strategic units and operating companies.
Procurement Reporting
Entering procurement expectations on purchase contract participation level and monthly review and correction of figures (commodity based).
User Overview
Maps the amount of users that use the services. Billing the customers is validated according to the data in this Monitor.
Profit
Gives insight in the costs and returns of produced goods. Profit is derived per product/customer (group).
Invoice Age Analysis
Overview of outstanding invoices, split up by age of 0-30 days, 30-60 days, 60-90 days, and 90 days older. The outstanding invoices can be viewed per account receivable, project, and project owner with the facility to zoom in on the invoice details, including the available invoice text.
Exploitation Overview
Gives insight in invoiced turnover, third-party labor, company turnover, wages and social security, etcetera. This overview can be viewed by completion year, department, project type, and project.
Long-term Planning
Gives insight in the required capacity in man-days, the available capacity in man-days, and the expected amounts to invoice, for the next 12 terms (of 4 weeks each).
Overview of Booked Hours
Overview of the booked hours per employee based on the data in payroll. These hours are split up into various hourly rate types, such as hours worked, education hours, days off, etcetera. A built-in alert on the number of booked hours on specific hourly rate types gives instant insight in the employees that are outside the set standard.
